Froyoo sees itself as a privacy pioneer in the cross-device industry, our fundamental principles are privacy, accountability and user safety. We actively advocate and help manage efforts to properly inform consumers of their privacy rights and consent in all markets.
Therefore, we are very proud to affirm our adherence to both TCF 1.1 and TCF 2.0 for IAB's Openness Consent Process Initiative. The European Transparency Consent System of IAB is the GDPR consent solution aimed at ensuring compliance with the GDPR and ePRivacy Regulation on the access to and storage of information on the computer of a consumer by all parties in the digital advertisement chain , for example in digital IDs. The TCF helps publishers to remind users of the data they collect and of how they plan to use it. TCF 1.1 guidelines were published on 25 April 2018 and revised TCF 2.0 guidelines were followed on 21 August 2019. By 15 August 2020, the IAB demanded the transition to TCF 2.0 in full and we welcome the transition from our partners to TCF 2.0 as quickly as possible.
